Hi, the number-1 plugin I installed for my fresh Redmine, thanks! :)
However, I want to open only the external (and maybe attachment) links in new windows, because all other (Redmine-internal) links correctly leave me with Redmine's own navigation features continually available.
For me, it's rare to have multiple Redmine windows open, and then I just right-click & use the context menu of the browser.
But even more important is (as usual with issue trackers) that I communicate with (sometimes very non-tech) customers via Redmine, and I want them to open the external links in new windows, but I want no internal links to inadvertently duplicate the main Redmine app window for them. (Perhaps also risking forgetting or resurrecting half-finished items while randomly switching and closing their multiple windows which they didn't actually notice opening.)
So, the question:
Would you prefer a merge-back, or making my version a separate plugin? (I already renamed the package dir, to be on the safe side.)
Cheers!
Sz.
