Description
Plugin 'UTBotCppClion' (version '2022.12.0') is not compatible with the current version of the IDE, because it requires build 222.* or older but the current build is CL-231.9011.31

To Reproduce
Install latest clion version and try to install plugin

Expected behavior
plugin installed

Actual behavior
plugin installation error

Environment
ubuntu 22.04
