External person button should somehow be more clearly displayed

The external button AKA the external supervisor or external grader button.

Now it might not be super clear that you have to select from the small dropdown menu to add external persons. We were discussing if we could add some kind of message to the person input field that "Did you mean to add external person?" if there is no results for the inputted person.

Other solution would be just to have the external person button visible at all times, but the overall consensus was that it's now super neat and clean looking
