Divide too large reports into smaller reports

Suotar doesn't accept reports larger than 100 students (because of some problems with Sisu). However, it is tedious and error-prone that the teacher has to create several reports. Instead, Suotar could just automatically divide the report into smaller reports and call the function that processes the report several times.
