At the moment we require the secondary (mooc-)email from eduweb registrations that can not be fetched from Sisu.

Once the primary and secondary email are correct in Sisu and one of them matches the email set by the student in mooc, we could get rid of Eduweb and start using Sisu for open uni registrations as well.
