群u半夜不懂得节制，总想着水群/卷服？
那就看看sleep命令！
当群u**自愿**发送！sleep后，群u被标记为_睡眠状态_。在此期间，无法群内发言/进入服务器等
使群u拥有更好的睡眠质量，从！sleep开始）））
