JSON generator

Once we have the schema and the corresponding dictionary fixed, we can simply switch to json for data transfer. It could look like

     {"States":[{"SpeciesRef":"3", "MolecularStateEnergy":"4.5", ...}, 
     {another state}], "Sources":[{"SrcID":4, "Authors":[{..},{..}]}], 
     "Species":[...], "Processes":[...]}

you get the idea.

I.e. with the dictionary alone and the basic logical structure, we basically have an abstract schema that can be used not only in xml. At least from my node software this would be almost trivial to implement since python dictionaries and lists map one to one to json.
