Pull Danger Area Activation Data #469

TopSky allows the manual activation of danger areas etc. based on a text file (TopSkyAreasManualAct.txt)

Request that the plugin either:

Pulls the file from https://github.com/MatisseBE/vLARA/blob/main/Datafiles/Uk.txt and renames and places it somewhere such as %localappdata%\UKControllerPlugin\dependencies where I can point TopSky to it
Uses the principles of https://github.com/MatisseBE/vLARA to create our own NOP parser to get area activation data from Eurocontol

Update the file once per session only

On startup get data for EG and neighbours on danger area activation and get it to display for TopSky on start https://eaup.vatsim.pt/api/docs#
