When I try to install this tool to my exsiting excel file, it always shows following:

ERROR 10026: VBA Project is locked, to install in this Workbook, open Workbook, unlock VBA, and leave the Workbook open while running the installer again.

But my excel file is not locked at all. There is no password and I can edit freely. This happens even for a newly created blank excel file. Can anyone help me? Thanks!
