Hi, is it possible to add ROS2 support for Voxfield? This will significantly improve the importance of this work, and make it readily applicable to more modern robotic stacks. No one I know in academia or industry is using ROS1 anymore.

Hi,

thanks for your interest in the project and sorry for the extremely slow reply.
I agree that this would be a very interesting addition. Unfortunately at the moment we don't have the resources to work on it.
However, I will keep this issue open for the moment, as a sort of reminder and we will try to work on it when we can.

Of course, if you already have a working solution, please feel free to submit a pull request. That would be much appreciated.

I support the request of div-garg. It will be really appreciate since in the next year ROS1 will not be supported anymore. We are currently looking around for something that can be adopted in our pipeline with the only available solution in NVBlox, limited however by the requirements to have Nvidia GPUs mounted on the robot, if looking for an onboard solution.
Thanks:)
