Text with date, subject, etc is too small and in wrong places for some PDF pages - looks like page size was hard coded? An example is hipp-pf-beta_v1 in session ADNIstd3T_0030_10680_m12.

Possible solutions floated by @bud42

  • Disable header/footer for larger PDF
  • Force all pages to be "letter" before adding the header/footer
