This issue occurs when only Valkyrien Skies and addons are installed and no other mods

I have tested this issue and it occurs when no other mods are installed

Issue description

When breaking a powered ship engine during travel, any dropped items are launched forward.

This is because the items retained the speed before the engine was destroyed.

Issue reproduction

build ship.
add a power engine with several items.
use cruise control to move forward.
after achieving high speed, destroy the engine.
