Anchor stopped working

This issue occurs when only Valkyrien Skies and addons are installed and no other mods

• I have tested this issue and it occurs when no other mods are installed

Issue description

Had a c130 with a create electric generator on it powering the wing props, using a eureka helm to keep it stable as a ship. All of the sudden after a couple server crashes the anchor I used to keep it in place/ park it no longer stops the ship at all, even after breaking and moving both the anchor and lever/ redstone link I used on it.

Issue reproduction

No clue, have ship with anchor and just have it exist for a few days
