This issue occurs when only Valkyrien Skies and addons are installed and no other mods

I have tested this issue and it occurs when no other mods are installed

Issue description

Bubble columns aren't ignored when assembling a ship, so large pillars of water source blocks with bubble can connect the ship to the ground.

Issue reproduction

Assemble a ship that is touching a bubble collumn.
