Do you have Clockwork installed? I'm getting the same issue and I suspect its from the floating wanderlite ore blocks. I started getting this spam even before I made any ships, but after I mined some wanderlite. I tried using console commands to delete all ships, but that seems to only fix the issue temporarily as it came back as soon as I went to the Nether.
