[TF2] The game doesn't load icons for items in the backpack

After the ‘Scream Fortress 16’ update, there are issues with loading icons in inventory.
Occasionally, a page in the backpack or a part of the items may load, but it is worth re-entering the backpack as all items start to ‘load’ again.
The items of other players (when you are watching them) also eternal loading.
Very rarely, if you restart the game the problem can be solved, but it's more of a lottery.
Important note: BEFORE ‘Scream Fortress 16’, everything was fine.

Checked, the value for the variable is set to ‘0.0005’.
