Main menu vanity agent sometimes does not appear after reconnecting to game coordinator

This happens sometimes, i was able to reproduce this bug 3 times out of 10 so it's not that common, seems like the mainmenu vanity script does not initialize properly when the OnGCHello function gets data.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Start CS2 when not connected to internet
2. Connected to internet
3. Sometimes vanity will not appear
