[Windows] No 1920x1080 resolution available via menu since cs2 initial release

I have to use -refresh 60 -freq 60 -w 1920 -h 1080 launch parameters to set my display settings.

seems like that might be a driver issue or the game doesn't see 1080p as a valid resolution, try making a custom 1080p resolution and see if that works

i on amd rx 570 card with the latest drivers don't have other small 16:9 resolutions for some reason, other 16:10 and 4:9/5:4 low resolutions are present but not for 16:9

This is not a CS2 specific issue but Drivers issue. Try reinstalling newest drivers after removing them completely using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller).

@thouravi @DeformedSAS ALL my games in my PC are displaying the 1920x1080 resolution in their Settings tab (Battlefield, Call of Duty, Delta Force, Half Life, Counter-Strike: Source, Chasm: The Rift, Blood: Fresh Supply, Counter-Strike, Day of Defeat, Left 4 Dead 2, Outlast, Zombie Panic! Source, JDM: Rise of the Scorpion, ...). I am not going to debug anything. It's their job. It really is a CS2 issue. And do you know why? If I use -vulkan as a launch option, 1920x1080 appears in Settings tab. But I hate the lighting it provides.
