many programs have numbers also, remove the numbers

EXAMPLE :
101.Symmentric Tree, 20Valid_ParenthesesLC.cpp, 217. Contains Duplicate
after removing numbers:
Symmentric Tree, Valid_ParenthesesLC.cpp, Contains Duplicate
