[Change plugin ownership] ZetaTwo/binja-gameboy

I've updated the ZetaTwo/binja-gameboy plugin and would like to take it over myself as I am happy to maintain it and intend to keep making improvements.

I've added a new tag for v1.2 and re-pushed the original v1.0 and v1.1 tags, let me know if anything is missing

Users need to uninstall/reinstall unfortunately to take impact which is a mild irritation. We need better built-infacilities for detecting plugin moves.
