Is it possible to configure particles.js to work somewhat like this example?

I came across this portfolio earlier today, and I was overwhelmed with animated background lines and their movements and interactions on hover. is there is a config for particles to act like that?

I personally could not imagine, that it would be possible.
Maybe you should give it a try and debug the website and look how this person made all possible?
