Create custom parser for markdown (based on dokka one) that allow to plug in multiple extension to turn link into DRI-based one (or not). For now first one wins.
On our side turn link that matches pages relative to our repsresntation od DRIs
talk to dokka team if we can turn our custom parser into extension in dokka
Create a documentation entry for it and use it in our documentation (show it as an example)
