Add an expansion parameter to the cellpose segmentation

Hi all,

Our PolyT segmentation is corrupted by the beads intensity so I'm trying to solely work with the nuclear detection and add an expansion operation to the masks detected by cellpose but I'm struggling.
Would it be possible to have some help with it?

I believe it should be a relatively simple operation at this step, but so far I haven't managed...
