Remove RDM#0138 obsolete document

Hi Rowland,

I see, I just noticed that the document says it is "Obsolete"! I did not know its definition until just now.

But here is where I found the document:
Microsoft Teams group WEHI-wide > Onboarding todo > [Obsolete] RDM#0138 [Draft] Student Internship Onboarding checklist.

It was also written in the latest version of the "RDM#0138 RCP Student Onboarding Checklist" Document on page 18: "Initially we expect that you will give us a daily update as an individual".
