Be able to specify different input files on a per-job basis

Currently, we have a global input path which files are copied from for all jobs. But, it would be helpful to be able to specify a different path or each job. E.g., if checking the influence on performance of different input data.

Would also make it much easier to develop a benchmarking suite since each job is different.
