Integrating more features into GMM application

This is a todo list for future tasks, based on the last research team request, we will add:

• a sample sheet support since researchers may not always have access to template sheet

In the mean while, considering WEHI OnDemand deployment, we're trying to drop the Python dependency completely, by doing so

Main features are required to transformed:

• Convert Template sheet to Sample sheet, key function: Obtain well position
• FCS file reading

Additional Functions:

• Include a step-by-step Pro Mode
  • input file onsite preview, user can live preview their input files
  • Allow user to modify file values: e.g. user can modify the sample_sheet data, but they are not allowed to modify the FCS file data

Testing:
We use the current output as the benchmark, we should obtain two exact output from our outputs.

Implementing Steps:

1. Re-build all required python functions in R, unit test is required for each module
2. Front-end update, provide a pro navigation page
3. Ask the lab for testing
