What happened?

Access to the alerts database is now restricted. In order for this to work properly we will need to add a whitelisting step in the GitHub action. Eg. rusyasoft.github.io/github,%20actions,%20aws/2020/12/14/allow-github-actions-ip-addresses-at-aws

This is now handled by a cron job on the API server
