Because

demo is being indexed by google and showing up in google search results. This is mainly an issue when we have draft exhibits/special collections on demo, so they are discoverable before they have officially been released to prod.

Done when

Google is not serving up demo links

Additional context

HIV exhibit was showing up in google, even though it's not ready for public. I've deployed master branch to demo so that google result links will serve a 404.

Maybe adding a noindex tag is sufficient?
