Let's do some issue-based brainstorming :/
What's the endgame? What do we want this template to accomplish? On-wiki discussions about this template? Requested features?

(I know you two both had thoughts about this)

It should have a one click submit button on the draft template.
It should have a one click re-submit button on the decline template, the button should only be available if edits have been made since draft declined or at least require a reasonable amount of time to complete such edits if Lua is unable to parse the api for edits. Decline template should also include a button that will preload some information and allow the editor to leave a message on the reviewer's (decliner's) talk page to get help with improving their draft. Those are the first two of about 7 things I have in mind so far.. I'll add more when time permits.

@wikipedia-mabdul - I'll be around on and off today. Mostly I'm dealing with the AfC rant guy (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Village_pump_%28policy%29#WikiProject_Articles_for_creation_Threatens_to_Ruin_Wikipedia).
