Add view for managing presets

For now, sequencer states can be saved and loaded from rooms in you are admin #9 #44.
However, the only way to delete them is to connect to the production server and remove the corresponding files.

It would be nice to have a dedicated admin view that would allow for managing the presets:

• listening
• changing names
• deleting
