Expected behavior

Docs seem to be for an older version of KERIA. The docs badge on the README in main says its failing. Docs may not be being built.

Actual behavior

Shows old docs at https://readthedocs.org/projects/keria/badge/?version=latest

Steps to reproduce

Go to main and look at failing docs badge.
