Preloading of media

When you go through the site for the first time (so no media will be in cache), then it can be some delay after you have switched slide, until the media appears. Find a way to preload the media, for example on one or two slides before the slide you want to load the media for.

This is a result of how the slides are implemented, if we choose to discontinue it, it won't be a problem
