Function keys are active by default instead of when holding Search

The script said the function keys would work as normal and I could activate the f1-10 keys by holding Search, but it actually works the opposite so the f1-10 keys are active all the time until I hold Search which shifts them to their original functions

I'm on Fedora Workstation 40 with GNOME on a Lenovo 500e 2nd Gen
