Convert to any unit

I am in a server with people around the globe. I am from Germany and mostly I don't know how many feet are a meter or degrees celsius, Fahrenheit. It is converting ft and all for me in meters but for the others who are using other units don't understand if I say 12 meters. The bot is not converting it into feet. I'd love to see this improvement~ also for temperature.
