Completion date changed on petition

My friends created petition:

Last time there was some issues with it (error 404), and later petition was back online. But date is changed (not sure if someone restored petition manually and changed date by mistake or it's aplication bug).
Original start date was April 13 2018, and completion date was May 13 2018. Now (after fix 404 error) start date is April 10 2018, and completion date is May 10 2018.

So it gives 3 days less than originally estimated time to sign petition, also petition was broken for some time, so I think we should get more time than originally.
But main issue is that time is shorter by three days.

Petition time is ended, and we got like 99% of needed votes. As I wrote petition was unavailable for 24h, so I think it's justified to add additional time (because we did not have a full month because of that). I have no idea if it's even possible, but I'm writing this because maybe someone from WH operations will reach this message (I contacted also from official form on website).
