Split two sections of metadata sheet into two sheets

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current metadata sheet data_info has two sections. The first section has workshop information relevant to the client, but the second section has metadata about the success of the project.
The first section uses workshops as one axis and properties of a workshop as the other, while the second section has only one axis.

Describe the solution you'd like
The second section can be split into its own file for metadata, including any other one-dimensional metadata we find. It should be represented vertically for readability.

Describe alternatives you've considered
We could leave the metadata sheet as-is.
