Stripe Fail Message

After fail payment Stripe sends a message that is being displayed in a new window.
The new option display the message under the Credit Card container and over the button.
If it's approved (@vpetersson) this option needs to be fully implemented by directing the message to the proper HTML.
The HTML code for this message can be found commented in #735 (regsitration_form.html)

We display this error message (if it's needed) only after the form submission. Which means that with my current implementation we can't display it on the same page with the form. It may take me 0.5-1 days of work to modify my solution to make it possible.
