Search Block having issue with the width when align-left and align-right is choosen.

Description

When we choose search block and choose align-left or align-right option and apply width 25% or 50% it is both looking same there is no difference even if the 25% and 50% choosen it looks same in both.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Choose Search block.
2. Apply Alignment align-left or align-right.
3. Choose width 50% and see the difference.
4. Now choose width 25% and see the changes.

You can able to see there is no difference in 25% or 50%.

This seems to be an intentional feature, as the minimum width was predefined four years ago. However, it can be adjusted by modifying the min-width value, though this change would require design feedback 🙇, as altering it without careful consideration could impact other design elements🤔.
