[Bug]: One-click install for Windows is broken.

• I have searched for the problem I want to raise in Issue Tracker and did not find an ISSUE with the same problem.

How to reproduce the problem?

Scroll to the "How to install" section of the main NeoModLoader page, go down to the "One-click install (Windows only) and click the link.

What is the expected result?

The expected result is that the link for the Google Drive works and I am able to download from there.

What is the actual result?

When I click the link for the "One-click install (Windows only)", I am redirected to a page where it tells me that I am unable to access this item because it is in violation of our Terms of Service.

I was able to download it using the manual install, just wanted to make sure y'all know about this issue.
