Incorrect labels in README_new diagram

I need a review of the page to make sure

1. The workflow steps in the image match the steps in the page
2. Please review 1.8.6.5 Create Certificate section in detail - to see if any data was mismatched since I changed a lot of formatting for sections and subsections
3. Tagging for taking into use...is this a section? or a subsection under Create certificates? Also this has a hyperlink without any display text, please guide me on what the text should be
4. The introductory text to the page needs to be more informative than what it is currently
5. anything else that is missed or doesn't match the steps
