Incorrect DCSEL Note #163

I dont think this is correct, it seems like 7-62 act like dcsel is 63.

Important: unless DCSEL values of 2-6 are used, the behavior of VERA is exactly the same as it was before the FX update. This ensures that the FX update is backwards compatible with traditional non-FX uses of VERA.

I think this could be rewritten in the positive to make it true. Prior versions only had one DCSEL bit.

If DCSEL values 0-1 are used, the behavior of the VERA is exactly the same...
