Hey, love tokei! Nice to get a quick grasp over how a project grows.
In my case I don't really care about all code in my codebase though, as there's some code that's neither functional, nor important in any other way.
Excluding that is easy via the --exclude flag. But it'd be cool if the configuration file allowed for this parameter as well.

If you are interested, I could try making a PR. Complete rust noob though :D
