@HenningSE enabled the fast-sim skeleton in #35, now it's time to add the actual physical plugins (work in progress in XENONnT/epix#27) for the effective simulation of S1s and S2s.

(For neutron veto we will default to hitlet simulator, hence no full waveform handling. Issue is alive: #2)
