WFSim produced sample update

I updated the file structures and some functions.
I went over the Supernova-Signal-1/2/3 notebooks, but I'll need to work on the rest. Here is a brief Todo list;

• WFSim simulation needs to be repeated for ~10k sample and 1 supernova signal
• Different progenitor simulations need to be run
• Cuts need to be defined and optimized. Tools to compute signal acceptance vs bg rejections need to be produced.
