I cant get the forwarder to work.

Using:

--host=xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx --appid=1093255277--appname=Steam

settings.json says my mac is 00:00:00:00:00:00, found my actual mac adress om my computer and didnt work. Is it possible to use IP adress?

You should use the mac from your settings file, it should not be 00:00:00... but if app works with it, than just use it as it is.
The way, how this argument works, it just search for other host data in settings.json by mac address and use this data to setup streaming. So, basically, you need not your real mac, but the one from your settings.json (which usually should match)
