I get error

Failed to get TMDB ID for tt4932244 - ExceptionType=CONNECTION_ERROR, ResponseCode=0, URL=http://api.themoviedb.org/3/movie/tt4932244?api_key=[APIKEY]&language=en

How to solving this? Thanks

There can be many different problems associated with this sort of error.
Do you have a NFO file with the video? Try adding

<id moviedb="tmdb">391975</id>

Does it always happen with this video or does it happen with lots of videos?
