I'm using fedora silverblue, and installed hidapi and systemd-devel packages alongside the rules file.
In game only some buttons are being recognized, from red to orange, but the green button, the strums and whammy doesn't work
The guitar works as expected on windows

I've had similar issues with the Wii Les Paul, map the guitar using steam input and then it'll appear as a steam virtual controller in yarg

That's a good workaround, but then the tilt and whammy won't work

It also causes issues with multiplayer in my experience. I had to load through Steam but disable Steam Input.

I haven't had any serious issues with multiplayer. The only thing I've needed to do is adjust the controller order in Steam Input, which is a simple fix.

Interesting. I attached 2 guitars simultaneously and could only get one to work during gameplay with steam input enabled. I'll have to test more.
