Избирателю нужно уметь находить номер УИКа по его адресу. Сначала вводится улица (должно работать автодополнение по первым буквам), потом показывается список участков, с домами по этой улице. Поиск нужно реализовать в виде статического ресурса, без обращений к базе на сервере.
