Announcements Module display users list to every user!

In record list of announcements module, any user with any permission (even ones that cannot view users module or any records other than himself) can see all users list in the CRM whatever their permission was!

-> Tried to hide the tab of users in the modules relations, but I couldn't find it,

Is there any solution to hide this tab from being viewed by specific users?
