Dutch morphology overview

We should add word form recognition for Dutch nouns, verbs and adjectives.

The following are needed to make forms of words that do not require exception lists

• Stem words Stem Dutch words #298

• Create two versions of forms of words with -t/-te/-de stemmed in order to account for cases where those suffixes are actually part of the stem. Dutch verbs with the suffixes -t/-te/-ten/-de/-den are not stemmed correctly #394
